CONSTRUCTABILITY

Our team help with pre-construction and planning expertise to ensure seamless project delivery and construction through:

PROGRAM  MANAGEMENT

We can provide program management services across major projects to program of works with our project management and co-ordination expertise to ensure seamless deliverables through:

  • Collaboration with our clients and co-ordination with subject matter experts for technical, asset and delivery outcomes. 

  • Understanding client briefs and scope to figure out how to deliver outcomes in a safe and professional manner, underpinned by our Occupational Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental ISO Certification management systems and Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks (VEDN) accreditation. 

  • Managing and reporting on project cost to ensure clients have visibility about what a project will cost in advance of completion. 

  • A comprehensive understanding of agency and authority permitting requirements to develop strategies to obtain approvals.  

  • Experienced and effective in contract administration, with certified/accredited systems and processes to support outcomes. 

  • Operation management using Aroflo as our core to our operational delivery

  • Expertise in developing project delivery methodologies and programmes that keep our clients informed throughout the project life and milestones. 

  • Mitigation of risk and realising opportunities to get the best balance of time, cost and quality. 

  • Tailoring approaches to each client’s project or program, navigating challenges and opportunities with risk mitigation methods.  

  • Utilising our certified management systems and processes to take the load off our clients in project managing and co-ordinating programs of work that consist of high volume of distributed work sites on system networks. 

  • Developing and implementing safety initiatives, risk management and documentation throughout every phase of a project, that are practical, compliant and innovative.  

  • Development and implementation of Inspection Test Plans, certification and compliance plans, master data registers, as-built drawings, operations manuals, handover and signoff. 

  • Ability to navigate the challenges and opportunities between specifications, design plans and site-based practicalities for project and resource phasing. 

  • Extensive network and ability to co-ordinate with a range of delivery partners from designers to procurement and suppliers to hit deliverables and timeframes.

DELIVERY

Our team’s industry expertise and on-site experience sees us provide delivery services across a range of  

commercial and civil construction projects, bespoke fabrication, specialist demolition work, minor capital and maintenance programs to exacting standards via: 

​

  • Planning and scheduling of resources and material procurement to ensure the successful on ground execution of works to meet time, quality, performance, and cost outcomes. 

  • Knowledge of hazards, critical risks, and effective controls, including procedural and operational approaches to the specific risks of confined space entry, working in proximity to water, working in and around electrical, high voltage and mechanical assets, working at heights, working in remote and isolated areas, chemical and herbicide management, control of work and with mobile plant. 

  • Our delivery team and network of specialised delivery partners that we co-ordinate and manage through our triple ISO certified management systems and VEDN accreditation. 

  • Ability to navigate the challenges and opportunities between specifications, design plans, people, processes, and operations to deliver safe, high-quality works and meet critical timeframes. 

  • Licenced trades inhouse for commercial and residential building, electrical and plumbing.  

  • Strength in mapping out timing of stages and developing works methodology to ensure we hit key milestones, including shutdown periods and maximise uptime for our client assets and production capacity. 

  • Minimise disruptions and delays through the management of procurement and supply needs, including fabrication management, storage and dispatch for supply of specialist components that have long procurement timeframes.  

  • Successful and efficient working relationship with local suppliers. Reliable history of sourcing equipment and gear in workable time frames. 

  • Experience in working with client shutting down parts of operation sites to not have an impact on production, services or operations. 

  • Operational site experience for managing risks via effective control measures for on ground interfaces and simultaneous operations. 

  • Onsite facilities and teams with multiple tooling and equipment kits to ensure we can deliver and manage multiple work fronts and activities concurrently. 

  • Site knowledge and operational expertise gained through construction and maintenance phases allows seamless, safe, and efficient decommissioning and demolition of assets.
